I'm from out of town and was visiting my daughter who lives in houston. Her car was badly in need of an oil change so I decided to help her out and get it done. The first place I went to told me they couldn't do it because the bolt was over tightened and stripped. I got to Davis late on a Friday afternoon and figured that they would need to keep the car until the next day to get the work done and that I would end up having to rent a car which apart from the expense would have been a huge hassle. Charles P the shop foreman took the car right away and Chris H the mechanic did the work on it. It was done in under an hour and they didn't even charge extra for the labor to remove the bolt. Needless to say it was a great experience. My daughter will be bringing her car to Davis from now on.
