The service advisor, Julio Teran, was extremely helpful and nice, and I have no complaints about him. However, it was clear that the shop lacked a technician with the expertise needed to work on a new Corvette. Now, my hard top is showing an error, and I can't drive the car with the top down over 58 mph.
