Service advisor went above and beyond and had all of my recalls taken care of. I was in and out in a timely manner. Very great experience. It always is great to do business with.

Julio Teran, was very helpful. He let me know what the problems were and what needed to be done in order to get the front end alignment done. You also identified other issues that needed to be taken care of. It did take an extra day to get it repaired as certain of the necessary parts had to be ordered but all the repairs were complete by noon the next day.

I came in at 8:13AM for an oil change appointment. However I did not ended up leaving until 11AM I had asked the front desk guy in regards to my vehicle being done and he stated they were “washing it” as a courtesy. 5 minutes came by and he notified me that they were done with the oil change and they were going to proceed into taking the truck to wash after he had told me before that’s what they were doing. I was confused at the moment and fount it very odd as I strongly believe an oil change does not take 3 hours specially after an appointment was scheduled not to mention my truck did not get clean.

Lauren couldn't have been more attentive and helpful regarding the services needed and helped untangle an old part that was never ordered but needed for my Tahoe.

Your teams, was fantastic. From what was his name? Martin, Austin. & JD, they were just professional, easy to talk to & explain what I wanted. The process when so well I didn’t feel like I was @ a car dealership waiting to see if I was approved. It was very relax & educational. The teams worked very well together.

Services to the vehicle great I asked could my vehicle be vacuumed out real good and the trunk part vacuumed didn’t get done. The guy that checked me in said oh absolutely we can do it when I open the trunk. It still had dog hair back there they didn’t even attempt so that was my experience.
